McCormick & Company is hiring a Process Engineer for the Hunt Valley Plant to drive continuous improvement and TPM-based initiatives. You will apply JTE methodologies, use statistical tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance yield, reliability, safety, and quality in manufacturing and distribution environments.

Under CI leadership, you will develop training, SOPs, and standard documentation, and you will lead small teams toward sustainable improvements while supporting

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related discipline.
• Production and/or engineering experience in a manufacturing plant or distribution center.
• Strong grasp of core engineering principles including physics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and process design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Desire to build leadership and interpersonal skills to mentor and coach teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proven ability to collaborate in team-based environments while working independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead TPM/TPM-based improvements with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, waste reduction, and cost savings.
• Analyze processes, build business cases, and justify capital or TPM-based improvements.
• Utilize statistical tools and Power BI to drive data visibility and automation.
• Develop SOPs, job aids, and training materials with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency.
• Lead small teams to improve yield, reliability, safety, and quality across operations.
• Coordinate with engineering, vendors, site SMEs, and cross-functional partners to implement documentation and visual factory standards.
