Job summary

Safran Landing Systems seeks a maintenance supervisor to lead maintenance activities across manufacturing equipment and utilities. You will develop training plans, establish short-term maintenance plans, and work to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and MTBF while driving safety, quality and cost improvements.

You will oversee resources, coordinate with engineering on projects, and coach maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and TPM program standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Three years of experience in a technical position or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Assign work and oversee maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement training plans for maintenance staff.
• Prepare short-term maintenance plans to improve OEE and MTBF.
• Submit and support continuous improvement ideas for safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Ensure maintenance resources support preventive and predictive maintenance, and respond to unplanned failures to minimize downtime.
• Act as TPM system lead and CMMS administrator.
• Manage small projects with engineering and coach staff.
