Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead safety, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives at our Springfield plant. You will develop maintenance team capabilities, maximize equipment up time, improve OEE, and manage maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory.

You will oversee preventative maintenance programs across production and support equipment, drive TPM and EOS MDI initiatives, and mentor a team of hourly maintenance staff to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Proficient MS Office; able to analyze software for department needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Team in Safety/Environmental targets as defined by EOS MDI.
• Lead EOS MDI, RCA and Continuous Improvement efforts.
• Investigate and implement opportunities to improve sustainability activities.
• Lead TPM implementation and adherence.
• Support site SMED activities to improve OEE.
• Oversee Maintenance Advancement program (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic, PLC).
• Manage all plant preventive maintenance programs (production equipment, support equipment, lift equipment).
• Oversee building and grounds maintenance (heating, cooling, building integrity).
• Manage spare parts inventory (identification, storage, replenishment).
• Lead by example with high ethical standards.
