Job summary

Safran is seeking an HSE Coordinator within its aerospace maintenance environment, offering a path through a globally connected manufacturing group. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across complex electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

You will lead maintenance teams, document work in CMMS, and collaborate on projects that boost equipment availability while meeting strict safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of maintenance experience in an industrial facility.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with industrial equipment.
• Willingness to work all shifts, overtime, nights and weekends.
• High School graduate required.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, test, and maintain electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks daily.
• Participate in projects to improve equipment functionality and reliability.
• Document all work in a CMMS and maintain detailed records.
• Adhere to safety standards and 5S/continuous improvement principles.
