Job summary

Electrolux Group in Springfield, TN is seeking an Autonomous Maintenance Leader to supervise Process Technicians and lead TPM initiatives. You will standardize maintenance programs, drive root cause analysis, and develop training aligned with our Learning Center of Excellence.

You will manage workforce planning, maintain essential tools and documentation, and collaborate across Safety, Engineering, and Operations to achieve cost savings and higher OEE in assembly operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, project management, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, KPI data and production data for improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, Time & Attendance, POKA, APRISO); automation experience and Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Process Technicians/Autonomous Maintenance Team for assembly operations, ensuring performance and development.
• Standardize the autonomous maintenance program with PM routines, tools, and training.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving to improve OEE and reliability.
• Develop and deliver TPM training programs with curriculum aligned to Electrolux Learning Center of Excellence.
• Manage workforce planning, including recruiting and onboarding of Process Technicians.
• Establish and maintain tools, supplies, documentation, and web resources (POKA) for Technicians.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing with cross-functional teams, improving OEE and delivering cost savings.
