Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Lead - Maintenance to oversee and perform maintenance tasks across store facilities. You will handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs while supporting energy conservation and waste management programs.

The role requires leading a team, providing excellent service to store operations, and working with various contractors. A high school diploma and broad mechanical ability are needed, with strong communication and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; broad mechanical ability.
• Willing to lead the work of others.
• Verifiable maintenance-related experience.
• Experience in multiple building trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.).
• Strong customer service and courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repairs: lamp changes, fixtures, diagnostics.
• Perform plumbing repairs and installations; pumps and fixtures.
• Understand commercial HVAC operation and maintenance basics.
• Repair and maintain building systems and equipment; assist with project work.
• Lead maintenance team to support store operations and corporate facilities programs.
