Job summary

Bass Pro Shops seeks a General Maintenance professional to fulfill work order requests and oversee contractors performing routine upkeep across store facilities. The role requires broad trades skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical work, plus a strong mechanical aptitude.

You will support corporate facility maintenance, energy conservation, and waste management programs while performing preventive and reparative maintenance to keep equipment and spaces safe and functional.

Qualifications

• High school education or 1-2 year vocational training.
• High mechanical ability and willingness to oversee others.
• Experience in maintenance-related fields.

Responsibilities

• Performs electrical repairs, lamp changes, and lighting work.
• Performs plumbing work including pump/fixture installations and repairs.
• Oversees service contractors and ensures routine maintenance.
• Maintains building systems and participates in energy conservation programs.
• Performs general repairs to painting, carpentry, masonry, and housekeeping tasks.
