Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs electrical repair; lamp changing, light fixture repair/installation, diagnostic capability.
• Performs plumbing repair; pump and fixture installations/replacements/repair, drain cleaning, diagnostic capability.
• Maintains heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
• Oversees service contractors for routine maintenance.
