The role emphasizes broad maintenance skills over specialization, with responsibilities including energy conservation, waste management, and adherence to corporate facility programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School education or 1-2 year vocational training.
• High mechanical ability and broad building trades knowledge.
• Willing to work with and oversee others.
• Verifiable experience in maintenance related fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repair: lamp changing, fixture repair/installation.
• Perform plumbing repair: installations, replacements, pump work.
• Maintain understanding of HVAC system operation and maintenance.
• Carry out basic mechanical repairs on equipment like tractors and forklifts.
• Repair building components: painting, carpentry, flooring, etc.
• Conduct periodic energy/waste management tune-ups store-wide.
