Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repair: lamp changing, light fixture repair/installation.
• Perform plumbing repair: pump/fixture installs, drain cleaning, diagnostics.
• Maintain understanding of HVAC operation and maintenance procedures.
• Perform basic mechanical repair on tractors, forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks.
• Repair building elements: painting, wall, carpentry, floor work.
