Continental in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to oversee all plant maintenance functions, supervise electrical and mechanical staff, and coordinate scheduled and emergency work to ensure quality and cost control. You will improve MTTR, maintain cross‑department communication with Production, support safety training, and ensure ESH compliance.

Shifts may include evenings and weekends in a non‑climate controlled environment.

Qualifications

• AAS or technical degree with 3 years of Industrial Supervisor, Maintenance or Setup experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship.
• No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and assign work to craftsman.
• Prioritize machine repairs and assign to technicians.
• Ensure communication between Production and Maintenance.
• Monitor spare parts usage and cost optimization.
• Improve mean time to repair (MTTR).
• Ensure shift-to-shift communications and complete maintenance reports.
• Conduct safety procedures for a safe working environment.
• Provide training assistance and feedback for performance evaluations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager or Plant Engineer.
• Ensure ESH procedures and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.
