Job summary

Continental Tire the Americas, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve manufacturing equipment in production operations. This role ensures equipment reliability, maximizes uptime, and supports safe, efficient manufacturing processes.

You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• AAS in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance or 4+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of pneumatic systems, components, controls, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of low-voltage electrical control circuits and safe repair methods.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and maintenance diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential issues before failures occur.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system malfunctions.
• Repair, replace, adjust, and align components to restore performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and reliability teams to improve equipment performance.
