Job summary

Intertape Polymer Group is seeking a Maintenance Lead to direct the mechanical/electrical maintenance team in a 24/7 manufacturing setting. You will ensure safe practices, manage maintenance schedules, and drive reliability improvements while coordinating with production and engineering.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, problem solving, and proficiency with CMMS and industrial controls, with off-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in electrical or electro-mechanical sciences and 3–5 years of industrial experience.
• Industrial experience required; skills in pneumatic, hydraulic and drive systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing PLCs and industrial controls; Allen Bradley preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices and procedures are followed.
• Schedule and assign work to maintenance personnel.
• Enter work orders into CMMS.
• Maintain equipment to like-new condition and minimize production interference.
• Provide off-hours support and coordinate shift coverage.
• Assist Engineering with equipment modifications.
