Ideal candidates have an AAS in Mechatronics or 4+ years of experience, with strong pneumatic and electrical skills, and the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires AAS in Mechatronics or related field or 4+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of pneumatic systems, controls, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of low-voltage electrical control circuits and safe repair ability.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and maintenance diagnostic equipment.
• Solid preventive maintenance knowledge, equipment operation, and safety practices.
• Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Conduct inspections and condition assessments to pre-empt failures.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues.
• Repair, replace, adjust, and align components to restore performance.
• Respond to breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and reliability teams.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders in CMMS.
• Assist RCFA activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Adhere to safety policies, LOTO, and environmental requirements.
• Support maintenance metrics and special projects as assigned.
