Job summary
Continental is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to sustain manufacturing equipment, maximize uptime, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control issues, and repair components to restore reliability.
You will also maintain accurate maintenance records, collaborate with production and engineering teams, and participate in RCFA and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and control systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve manufacturing equipment.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Inspect equipment and assess condition to prevent failures.
- Diagnose malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
- Repair and align components to restore performance.
- Respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
- Support RCFA activities and continuous improvement.
