Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of maintenance across building systems.
• Able to perform general repair, electrical and mechanical tasks.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist in routine cleaning, maintenance and repair tasks.
• Supervise day/evening maintenance crew and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist with scheduling, timecard monitoring and project planning.
• Oversee ongoing and future projects and ensure safety procedures.
• Inspect facilities and equipment for proper maintenance and compliance.
