Job summary

The candidate should have a high school diploma, basic Microsoft Office skills, and a willingness to lead maintenance activities while ensuring quality and safety. A valid driver's license is required, and prior maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate; some college a plus.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance areas incl. electrical, mechanical, cleaning.
• Six months experience in service industry preferred.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proactive with problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage routine cleaning, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Supervise maintenance crews to complete daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks.
• Schedule and monitor timecards for assigned personnel.
• Lead ongoing and future projects and ensure timely completion.
• Enforce safety procedures and report hazards or violations.
• Inspect facilities and equipment for proper maintenance and compliance.
