Direct maintenance team including staffing, performance management and onboarding.
Drive maintenance planning and scheduling to meet platform results.
Oversee defect handling, documentation, and issue resolution.
Manage maintenance budgets and support shutdown execution.
Ensure understanding of operations, data, and production processes across the team.
