Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing, frontline leadership, or technical leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
• Understanding of steps to reduce losses and improve performance in manufacturing.
• Foundational knowledge of data analysis systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Manufacturing Analytics, MQIS) and decision making for results.
• Experience in maintenance, reliability, and manufacturing.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Maintenance Asset Care Leaders and mechanics.
• Develop Equipment Reliability Program and 12-system maintenance approach.
• Oversee maintenance metrics and budgets; ensure FDA/OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Coordinate with Plant Leadership, Operations, and Engineering on reliability initiatives.
• Onboard and train direct reports; foster proactive planning and execution.
