Job summary

You will drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement while guiding mechanics and technicians to deliver top-quality maintenance outcomes. You will manage daily planning, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with production to minimize downtime and losses, using Maximo and other tools to track performance and ensure compliance with food safety

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing frontline or technical leadership.
• Proven ability to drive safety and reliability improvements.
• Experience in maintenance, reliability and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and engagement-based maintenance leadership.
• Directly manage mechanics and maintenance specialists.
• Develop and execute 90 Day action plans and DDS meetings.
• Oversee maintenance processes (DH, BE) and root-cause analysis.
