Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily scheduling and work assignments for team members.
• Monitor workflow and adjust resources to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and support timely actions.
• Maintain inventory levels for maintenance parts, tools, and supplies.
• Collect and maintain records related to maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
