• Coordinate daily scheduling and assignments based on production priorities.
• Monitor workflow and adjust resources to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and support corrective actions.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and guiding team members; promote continuous improvement.
