Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Aircraft Maintenance in Cleveland to lead recruitment of maintenance technicians and ensure alignment with company standards. You will source, prescreen, and coordinate interviews and travel arrangements for leadership reviews.

The role requires 1–2 years recruiting aircraft maintenance talent, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of aviation regulations, with up to 20% travel and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and evaluation abilities to manage multiple candidates and processes.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Maintenance leaders on talent acquisition plans.
• Execute sourcing, screening and testing for maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate interviews, travel and panel assessments with leaders and managers.
• Manage candidate correspondence in ClearCompany and maintain reporting accuracy.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time to fill, offers accepted and interviews completed.
