Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site operations across residential properties. You will oversee preventive maintenance, coordinate trades, and ensure resident satisfaction while managing a small team.

The ideal candidate holds a plumbing license or contractor certification, brings experience in HVAC, carpentry, and pool maintenance, and can respond to service requests promptly. Valid driver’s license and a strong commitment to safety are required.

Qualifications

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license.
• Experience in supervisory role or lead maintenance position preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, painting, plumbing, and pool maintenance is expected.
• Valid driver's license and ability to respond to resident requests promptly.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and deliver excellent resident service.
• Complete resident and property service requests and coordinate trades.
• Supervise maintenance tasks and preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and manage supplies and tools.

Responsibilities And Job Requirements

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license
• “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience with skills such as:
• HVAC, painting, plumbing,
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
