Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Food or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience in Maintenance Management is preferred.
• CMMS/SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement Maintenance Foundations, TPM methodologies, and related Nestlé Continuous Excellence elements.
• Manage a team of salaried supervisors, stockroom personnel, and hourly maintenance staff; coordinate with safety, quality and production teams.
• Minimize downtime, deliver reliable equipment at optimal cost, and maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
• Oversee maintenance budgets; implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Develop and drive maintenance plans and schedules; coordinate internal and external engineering resources.
