Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of robotics, automation, and injection molding machines.
• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TMP) techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance department operations and supervise technicians.
• Plan weekend schedules and preventive maintenance activities.
• Monitor downtime metrics (MTTR/MTBF) and 3R5S compliance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for shifts and management.
• Create SAP work orders for PM, repairs, and breakdowns.
• Ensure OSHA and Mobis PPE standards are followed.
• Train and evaluate hourly team members’ performance.
