Hyundai Mobis in Alabama seeks a Maintenance Team Member to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plastics plant equipment. You will read electrical schematics, troubleshoot electrical issues, maintain tool logs, and support production with timely repairs.

Role requires knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, TPM/3R5S concepts, and safety compliance with OSHA/LOTO procedures. 12-hour shifts with overtime possible.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Experience with TPM, 3R5S, and autonomous maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot root causes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and documentation tools.

Responsabilidades

• List and report abnormal equipment needing repairs.
• Support production by moving to areas with maintenance needs.
• Record process data per ADEM and OEM requirements.
• Suggest PM improvements and complete improvement projects.
• Operate plant equipment including forklifts and cranes.
• Maintain an accurate spare parts log and tool inventory.
• Perform PM and CM on pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Read schematics to diagnose electrical issues.
• Prepare downtime logs and report results to supervisor.
• Follow 3R5S and autonomous maintenance check sheets.
