Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to coordinate the maintenance department's technical processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and improving overall equipment effectiveness.

The role requires developing action plans, training team members, and monitoring budgets and purchases related to maintenance items. Weekend work can be required and a collaborative, team-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP in maintenance modules (RM/PM).
• Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Solid general computer skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Over 1 year of experience in a major automotive industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report on status of assigned tasks at the beginning, during and conclusion.
• Develop a detailed action plan to meet shop wise maintenance index, including downtime, PM plan/actual, equipment monitoring, improvements, and safety/environmental factors.
• Prepare a detailed training plan for each team member to reach required skill levels.
• Prepare and execute the annual operation plan and report status of each task.
• Support manager to encourage teamwork through meetings, events and collaboration.
• Analyze downtime and provide an improvement plan.
• Work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week; weekend work may be required.
