Job summary

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer to ensure reliable operation of equipment and to develop maintenance plans that minimize downtime. You will work closely with production teams, management, and suppliers to meet organizational goals.

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 7 years of automotive plant maintenance experience, with hands-on Siemens PLC, AutoCAD, and SAP proficiency, and

Qualifications

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 7 years of production maintenance engineering in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems.
Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC programming, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
Some knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and SAP as part of Maintenance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain engineering documents such as Work Standards, Control Plans, PFMEA, Work Instructions.
Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance activities to ensure efficient operation of equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems and develop maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
Analyze data to identify trends and improve equipment reliability and performance.
Collaborate with production teams and suppliers to execute maintenance plans.
Ensure safety standards are followed and mitigate hazards.
