Job summary

Hyundai Mobis South Carolina Electrified Powertrain (MSCe) is seeking a Maintenance Senior Engineer to support maintenance operations and ensure reliability of production equipment and plant utilities. You will lead advanced troubleshooting, participate in preventive/predictive maintenance, and drive reliability improvements to maximize uptime.

The role collaborates with Production, Quality, Engineering and EHS teams, supports plant startups and equipment installation, and contributes to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field; 5+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Strong hands-on troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and utility systems.
Experience with SAP PM or other CMMS.
Knowledge of FMEA, root cause analysis and quality systems.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures.
Monitor downtime and drive corrective actions; support PLC, robotics, and automated systems.
Support maintenance of electrical, compressed air, HVAC, and facility utilities.
