Job summary

Mobis Alabama LLC is seeking aMaintenance Assistant Manager to lead maintenance operations on the module plant floor and drive continuous improvement of equipment and processes. You will manage PM plans, budgets, KPI tracking, and downtime reduction in collaboration with engineering.

The role requires strong team leadership, a background in mechanical or electrical engineering, and familiarity with Siemens PLC, AutoCAD/CATIA, SAP, and TPM concepts.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in maintenance management and team leadership.
• Familiarity with TPM and preventive maintenance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance operations for plant equipment and staff.
• Develop, coordinate and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Control PM plans, budgets, KPI reporting and equipment downtime metrics.
• Lead training, safety compliance, and shift-change communications.
• Coordinate with engineering for new equipment installation and training.
• Review trouble reports and implement countermeasures and improvements.
