Monarch Investment is hiring a Maintenance Rover to support 14 apartment communities across North St. Louis County. The role involves outdoor work, preventive maintenance, and repairs across plumbing, electrical, and appliances.

EPA Universal Certification is strongly preferred; valid driver's license and the ability to travel between sites are required. This full-time position offers benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in multi-family maintenance preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and basic repairs across plumbing, electrical, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple apartment communities.
• Paint, stain, drywall, carpentry tasks as needed.
• Assist other site teams on special projects and maintain site equipment.
• Travel between 14 communities in North St. Louis County.

$19.00 - $23.00/hour (based on experience)

Requirements

• EPA Universal Certification strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling between sites
• 1+ years in multi-family maintenance preferred
• Preventive maintenance, power washing, landscaping, snow removal
• Support special projects and assist other site teams as needed
• Paint & Stain both interior and exterior application
• Drywalling including painting and carpentry
• Knowledge of plumbing systems including sweating copper piping
• Knowledge of electrical systems including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
• Extensive knowledge of repair and diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, and garbage disposals
• Water heater knowledge for both gas and electric systems

This position requires a Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening.
