Monarch Investment And Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the team at San Rafael Townhomes in St. Louis, MO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air systems).
• Strong leadership skills and experience supervising a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders efficiently.
• Oversee unit Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on budget and planning.
• Lead and implement a preventative maintenance program.
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks).
• Perform interior/exterior painting and staining as needed.

Your Role as Maintenance Supervisor:

What You Bring to the Team:

Hands-On Skills in:

Drywall, painting, and carpentry

Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures)

Appliance repair (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc.)

Water heater repair (gas and electric)

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete job duties will be required during the interview process.
