• Share 24/7 emergency coverage duties with other team members

• - Pay: $21.00-28.00 /hr. - (DOE, position, and location)
• - Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses.

• 1+ years’ experience in multi-family housing maintenance
• EPA License preferred
• CPO Certification preferred
• Experience with:
• HVAC
• Electrical (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
• Appliance repair (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, etc.)
• Drywall repair and painting

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
