Job summary

Confidential Property Management Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The role pays $23 to $27 per hour, with potential bonuses, and a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call responsibilities.

You will oversee community maintenance, perform preventative tasks, manage reports, and monitor the budget and inventory while delivering excellent customer service and enforcing company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• HVAC/CPO Certification preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
