Multifamily Housing | Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour + Bonus Potential

Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor at Southwoods Apartments- a 260-unit community in Sappington, MO. This is a working supervisor position. You'll lead the team, tackle service requests, oversee apartment turns, and help keep the property running smoothly.

Pay and Perks:

• $27.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
• Quarterly maintenance bonus opportunities up to $4,000 per year
• Annual raises based on performance
• On-call stipend paid even if you're not called out ($100 per week)
• 401(k) with company matchof 3%, or $4000 annually, whichever is greater
• Tool reimbursement up to $500 per year

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:

• CPO Certification required
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
