Kansas City, MO 64118Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 4 weeks
Responsibilities:
Ensuring that work orders are being completed and assigned to team members based on priority
Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
Monthly budget analysis with Property Manager
Manage and maintain a consistent preventative maintenance program
Exterior structural maintenance as needed
Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
Managing bids and planning major repairs from third party vendors
Requirements:
HVAC experience required
EPA certification required
CPO certification a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
4+ years’ experience in the maintenance field
4+ year experience within the multi-family housing industry preferred
Experience managing 1+ employees
Drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
Experience with light plumbing and electrical work
Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
