• Minimum 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily (preferred).
• HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor on-site maintenance team.
• Lead Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins.
• Manage preventive maintenance program with Property Manager.
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks).
• Assist in budgeting and planning for maintenance needs.

What We Offer:

Competitive Pay: $30.00 – $33.00/hour (based on experience)

Quarterly Maintenance Bonus: Up to $4,000/year

Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders

Oversee unit Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins

Work with Property Manager to manage budget and planning

Lead the preventive maintenance program

Supervise and mentor the maintenance team

Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks)

Perform interior/exterior painting and staining as needed

What You Bring to the Team:

2+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)

HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air)

Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Preferred Certifications:

EPA Certification

CPO Certification

Hands-On Skills in:

Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures)

Appliance repair

Water heater repair (gas and electric)
