Monarch Investment and Management Group in McPherson, KS is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for Northridge Crossing Apartments (68 units). You will respond to work orders, prepare units, perform painting, HVAC repairs, and general upkeep.

EPA certification is required. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with quarterly bonuses, on-call pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of general maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification REQUIRED.
• Strong skills in drywall, painting, basic carpentry.
• Plumbing experience (sweating copper pipes a plus!).
• Electrical knowledge (switches, outlets, lighting).
• Appliance repair knowledge (fridges, stoves, dishwashers).

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete maintenance work orders
• Turn/make-ready apartments between residents
• Interior and exterior painting/staining
• HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
• General groundskeeping and upkeep
• Preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Share on-call duties with the team (rotating)

• Title: Maintenance Supervisor
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay: $23–$25/hr (Based on Experience)
• Extras: Quarterly bonuses + on-call pay

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Respond to and complete maintenance work orders
