Monarch Communities in Sappington, MO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a 260-unit community. This on-site role leads the maintenance team, handles service requests, oversees make-readies and unit turns, and ensures property systems run smoothly.

Candidates should have 2+ years in apartment maintenance, HVAC troubleshooting skills, EPA and CPO certifications, and reliable transportation. The position offers bonus potential, benefits, and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to handle plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs
• HVAC and EPA Certifications required
• CPO Certification required

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the maintenance team
• Complete service requests and work orders
• Oversee apartment make-readies and unit turns
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs
• Assist with painting and general property upkeep
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs
• Work with the Property Manager on maintenance planning and budgeting
• Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately one week every four weeks)
