Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Spring Hill, TN to establish and implement long-range plans for maintenance activities and provide technical assistance to manufacturing departments. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and leadership of a multi-trade workforce.

You will supervise maintenance projects, train staff, and ensure adherence to labor agreements while supporting SPQRC initiatives and plant goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Trained in skilled trades area or equivalent technical training.
• 10+ years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support safety policies and housekeeping standards.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine root causes.
• Support plant in achieving safety, quality, cost goals.
• Supervise construction and maintenance projects.
• Maintain schedule and quality requirements.
• Train, develop, and evaluate employees.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to solve problems.
