Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking a Missouri Maintenance Supervisor to lead and improve maintenance programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will plan, organize, and direct maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and safety.

You will manage a small team, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with SPQRC. Experience with scheduling, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Skilled-trades training or equivalent technical training.
• Entry-level candidates with a degree will be considered;

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain long-range plans for maintenance activities.
• Provide technical assistance to the manufacturing departments supported.
• Ensure effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment aligned with SPQRC initiatives.
