Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to establish and maintain long-range maintenance plans. You will provide technical assistance to manufacturing, supervise a multi-trade workforce, and ensure safety, quality, and cost objectives are met.

The role requires an engineering-related associate degree and 10+ years of experience, with strong leadership and planning skills. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
10+ years of experience required.
Trained in skilled trades area or equivalent technical training.

Responsibilities

Implement and actively support safety policies and housekeeping standards.
Diagnose equipment malfunction, determine root causes, and initiate corrections.
Support plant in achieving Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness and Cost goals.
Supervise construction and maintenance projects.
Maintain schedule and quality requirements.
Train, develop, and evaluate employees.
Initiate contact with internal and external teams to solve problems.
Implement planned maintenance activities.
