Job summary

Ford Motor Company in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a dedicated hourly team, aligning daily work with strategic goals and champion safety and quality. You’ll drive operational excellence while solving problems, manage resources, and develop high-performing teams.

Required: bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 3+ years in supervision or manufacturing; knowledge of PLC logic; willingness to work rotating shifts. Lean/Six Sigma or MDMP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.
• Lean / Six Sigma methodology and / or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) experience preferred.
