Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead an hourly team at the BlueOval Battery Park Michigan site. You will drive safety, quality, and manufacturing excellence while building a high-performing, collaborative culture.

You will manage shifts across days/nights and weekends, shape processes, and champion continuous improvement to deliver reliable battery production at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–7+ years in supervisory, manufacturing, military or related fields.
• Experience leading hourly production teams and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and MDMP processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated hourly team to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Maintain a culture of safety and regulatory compliance across shifts.
• Drive operational excellence and meet or exceed production targets.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources to maximize efficiency.
• Use data to reduce downtime and improve product quality.
• Foster development and lead by servant leadership principles.
