Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–7+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental PLC logic and controls knowledge.
• Lean / Six Sigma methodology and/or MDMP experience encouraged.
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities.
