Job summary

MonoSol LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance and ensure safe, reliable plant operation. You will guide shift leaders, coordinate with production, and drive preventive strategies using RCA findings to reduce downtime.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory maintenance experience, strong CMMS skills, and a focus on safety and cost-effective asset performance.

Qualifications

• Education in engineering or maintenance required; 3–5 years supervision experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Proven ability to lead safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily maintenance activities for safe, reliable plant operations.
• Coordinate with shift leaders and Production to align priorities and reduce downtime.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure maintenance planning is aligned with production needs.
• Use RCA and EWO findings to drive improvements and reduce failures.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Production, and Engineering to address issues and improve OEE.
