The role also involves managing service requests and mentoring staff to maintain a quality living environment for residents.

You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, while helping keep the property within budget and delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure property complies with policies and regulations.
• Manage service requests, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more.
• Maintain safety and curb appeal; monitor budgets and emergencies.
• Mentor maintenance team and collaborate with property leadership.
