Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead property upkeep and maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance systems. The role reports to the Property Manager and requires coordinating turns, supervising staff, and ensuring preventive maintenance, safety, and EPA compliance where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance across trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliances.
• EPA certification preferred (where applicable).
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work with on-call/weekend schedules.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Schedule apartment turns and turn units within 3–5 business days.
• Maintain common areas, pools/Jacuzzis, and maintenance shops.
• Train maintenance staff and inspect contractor work.
• Establish preventive maintenance programs and maintain logs.
