Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance, ensure timely service requests and uphold safety and quality standards. You will manage routine repairs, supervise staff, assist with vendor selection, and help maintain common areas and pools.

Role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to travel for training, and the ability to coordinate apartment turns with the Property Manager. Competitive benefits include insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of auto insurance.
• Certification must be obtained within 90 days if required at a specific property.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Provide prompt, efficient service and maintain service logs.
• Schedule apartment turns and coordinate with Property Manager.
• Inspect and approve work of outside contractors.
• Maintain common areas, pools and equipment.
• Train other maintenance staff and assist with vendor selection.
